Payments

We have a flat rate fee of $15 for our smaller designs and $20 for our larger. All orders over $200 will receive FREE shipping Australia wide.

We accept Visa + Mastercard

PayPal
Add your bank account, credit or debit card to your PayPal account to pay securely for purchases without having to input credit card details for every transaction.

Apple Pay
Pay using your Apple ID when using your Apple device

Afterpay
An interest free payment plan option that we offer on all of our Australian orders.

Stripe

At checkout you have the option to add your gift card or discount code to your order. The discount code section can be found at the top of the check-out page. The Gift Card section an be found on the right hand side of the page on a desktop or by scrolling down on mobiles.

Only one discount can be redeemed per order, but a discount code and gift card can be used together on a single purchase.

Shopping Basics

As our workshop starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

There can be delays around busy periods such as Christmas. Please also keep an eye on COVID-19 updates as this may affect shipping times. Please refer to our shipping page here for more information.

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. These emails sometimes end up in your Junk or promotions folder so please check here if you have not received any updates. It’s a great idea to add our email to your address book: hello@winestains.com.au 

Shipping & Returns

We are excited to offer free shipping on orders over $200.

Depending on your location, it can take up to 7-10 business days from date of dispatch. Christmas time can take a little longer. There are currently lengthy delays in shipping due to the impacts of Covid-19 across all carriers so please do not rely on these times.  Please refer to the latest shipping updates here.

Product Handling

To clean your board, wipe over with a hot wet cloth. Do not immerse in water or place in the dishwasher. Once dried completely, you can then re-oil with Canola Oil.

We finish all our cheese boards with Canola Oil.

We suggest making up a weak vinegar and water solution which can help disinfect your grazing board.

You can grab a light sand paper and rub this over your grazing board. This can help smooth out the board and assist with removing any stains. Clean the dust off and give it a good douse of canola oil.  Leave the board to dry over night – ready to use again the next day.

At this stage we can’t offer this service in-house. We can however send the board to you un-oiled, so that you can head to your local engraving company to complete the customisation process.

*The board needs to be unoiled in order to be engraved.

Once the board has been engraved, you will then need to coat it with Canola Oil, or a board finish of your choice.
