We are excited to offer free shipping on orders over $200.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please see below for the standard shipping times with Australia post. There are currently lengthy delays in shipping due to the impacts of Covid-19 across all carriers so please do not rely on these times. (we’ve seen some parcels take around 3 weeks to arrive) If you require a product to get to you by a certain date PLEASE order at least 2-3 weeks before the date. *We suggest even longer during peak periods such as Christmas.
What are the standard shipping times with Australia Post?
Please note, our workshop is based in Williamstown, SA and therefore considered a regional location which can impact delivery time-frames.
Metro: 2-5 Business Days
Regional: 3-6 Business Days
WA: 5-8 Business Days

FRIDAY DECEMBER 3: Deliveries to WA, Far North Queensland and remote areas.
FRIDAY DECEMBER 10: Deliveries to interstate metro or same state regional areas.
MONDAY DECEMBER 13: Deliveries to and from the same metro area.
My order is taking way too long to arrive, what can I do?
We suggest you begin by tracking your order to see where it currently is. We also suggest that you contact Australia Post at your end quoting your tracking number to follow up on your delayed shipment. If you can not locate your tracking number, please try your junk or promotions folder before getting in contact. What are your shipping fees?
Free shipping on all orders over $200.
For all our smaller designs there is a flat rate fee of $15.
The larger items listed below will incur a flat rate fee of $20.
Fruit Bowl, The Grazer, Circular cheese platter with and without handles, Rectangle Cheese board with and without handles, Cake stand + some bundles.
